Data Collection

The app does not automatically collect, transmit, sell, or share your project data, photos, receipts, drawings, contacts, notes, or attached files.

Data leaves your device only when you voluntarily send feedback via email. In that case, your feedback content and contact email address are sent to support@chengjinfang.com.

For App Store privacy labels, the app may process Email Address and Other User Content only for App Functionality (support and issue handling), not for tracking.

App Store Privacy Label Mapping

• Email Address: processed only when you voluntarily provide a contact email in feedback.
• Other User Content: processed only for feedback content you voluntarily submit, such as issue descriptions or attached screenshots.
• Purpose: App Functionality.
• Not used for cross-app or cross-website tracking, ads, or third-party analytics.

Local Processing

• Projects, logs, todos, financial records, warehouse records, and settings are stored locally on your device by default.
• Attachments such as photos, videos, voice notes, drawings, PDFs, CAD files, spreadsheets, and documents are stored in the app sandbox by default.
• Quotations, delivery packages, backup ZIP files, and reports are exported only when you manually choose to export.
• The app does not use third-party analytics tools or ad tracking.

Permissions

• Camera: used for receipt capture, site photos, note photos, and watermark camera features.
• Photo Library: used to select project photos, receipts, documents, and note media.
• Location: used only when you actively enable location watermark features in the watermark camera.
• Microphone: used for voice notes.
• File Access: used for importing or exporting backup ZIP files, drawings, PDFs, spreadsheets, documents, and other attachments.

Backup and Export

The app supports manual full ZIP backup export. Backup files include metadata indexes and project source files. Backup files are saved to locations you choose, such as the Files app, iCloud Drive, or other local directories.

You control how exported backups are kept, moved, shared, or deleted.

Data Deletion

• You can delete projects, logs, receipts, attachments, and other records within the app.
• You can clear all local app data in Settings.
• Uninstalling the app removes local sandbox data. Without a prior backup export, deleted data cannot be recovered.
• Previously exported backup files are outside the app sandbox and are not automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled.
